From idea to plan: defining what I’m going to build in the next 6 days
This is a super detailed plan, puts my level of planning on smallbets to shame. I think the traffic light system was a good idea.

I haven’t explained much on how I think about it, but I’m basically working my way backward from the wanted outcome.
« If I want to do X, I have to build Y », then « to build Y, I have to have Z ».
You end up with a build plan of Z -> Y -> X.
