Well I can already tell you that you do need deadlines!
But deadlines won’t make your ideas defined or « unvague » though.
You need to write them down, find out what you want the end result to look like, who you’re doing it for and what’s the job to be done to get there.
Split up the work in smaller pieces and put deadlines on them :)
